Privacy Policy

This website and the request form

This section covers jeprashopproxy.com, my personal shopping site. It adds to the JEPRA privacy policy below; for requests sent through this site, this section applies where the two differ. Last updated: 14 October 2026.

What I collect

When you send the request form I receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (if you give one), delivery address, the items you want and any links, your budget and shipping preference, how you found me, the language of the page and the country your connection comes from.

Why

To reply with a quote and, if you accept it, to buy the items, ship them to you and answer questions about the order. I do not use it for advertising and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Where it is kept and for how long

The request is emailed to my inbox (Google Gmail), and a copy is stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website. That copy is deleted automatically after 90 days. Emails about an order are kept as long as I need them for the order and for my business records under Japanese law.

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and I keep your IP address for about one hour to limit how many requests one connection can send. Neither is used to track you.

Who else sees it

Only what an order needs: the carrier (for example Japan Post) and customs receive your name, address and what is in the parcel, and the payment service you choose (PayPal, Wise or Payoneer) processes your payment. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Outside your country

Cloudflare and Google may process this data outside your country, including in the United States and Japan, under their own data protection terms.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to show, correct or delete your data by writing to info@jeprajp.com. If you are in the EU or the UK, I rely on taking steps at your request before an order (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on my legitimate interest in stopping spam (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
